Early marriage failures often happen because couples enter marriage without proper understanding or preparation. One major reason is unrealistic expectations. Many people expect marriage to always be happy and easy, but in reality, it requires effort and patience.
Another reason is poor communication. Couples may avoid discussing important topics like finances, responsibilities, or personal boundaries before marriage. This creates misunderstandings later.
Weak understanding of Islamic roles and responsibilities also causes conflict. When partners do not know their حقوق (rights) and duties, they may feel neglected or treated unfairly.
External pressure from families and society can also create tension. Without strong unity between الزوج and الزوجة, outside influence can damage the relationship.
Lastly, lack of emotional control—such as anger, ego, and unwillingness to forgive—can quickly destroy a new marriage.
